While everyone told us they had fun at our wedding reception, we were definitely out-shone by the food that Hearty Catering provided. 'The food!' everyone kept commenting to us, 'the food is amazing!' Even more surprising to many-- who hadn't thought such a thing possible --was that this same amazing food was all vegetarian, and mostly vegan. I am happy to think that our wedding reception may have opened the minds of some reluctant carnivores to the hidden beauty of a vegetarian diet -- with thanks to Hearty Catering! ... My favourite appetizer was the melted Stilton Cheese served on Apple Chips. A delicacy! ...I heard many people comment how picture perfect the display looked...The food selection pleased the guests from young to old... The delectable, special smoked prosciutto that was offered was the talk of the crowd... The homemade millefeuille was the winner from the sweets section...
